Biography
Simon Vella was signed in the summer of 2003 after his release from Airdrie United, where his performances gained him International recognition with Malta.
Excellent in the air, he has previously played for Sutton United and Stenhousemuir amongst others.
The tall centre half started the season in excellent form, however lately has found himself out of the match-day line ups due to the consistency of mercers Rattray, Stewart and Horn.
